Drone usage is becoming increasingly common in many different industries. With many of these applications using autonomous drones, drones need to be able to identify or track objects in their surroundings. Using the OpenCV python library and the built-in drone camera, the drone is able to track and follow a specified object. This object tracking and following can be applied to future drone applications that require autonomous drones to identify specified targets.
