Poverty, Homelessness, and HIV/AIDS in Texas will be a 30 minute documentary made with the intent to educate a general audience about the issue of high HIV/AIDS rates in Texas and its connection to poverty. Texas’ rate of transmission is presently third in the nation, with a high concentration of infection in urban areas in Dallas and Houston.
