2. Students are expected to be at their poster during the session to interact with faculty members and students and address questions from interested visitors.
3. Students may not present with others. If you have been working with a team, your Scholars Day entry must show your individual contribution to the project even though your overall poster may show the team project.
Presentation Time and Setting
- Check-In for Poster presentations will occur from 2pm-2:45pm.

Students will need to check-in at the tables outside Union 314 prior to the start of the session and have your poster set up before the start of the session.
- No new poster entry will be allowed after 3pm.
- The multiple raffles will be held starting at 3pm. Raffle winner must be present to win.

- Poster presentation will occur from 3pm - 3:45pm.
- Push pins will also be provided for presenters to attach their poster to the poster board.
- Poster presenters must remain at the event until the reception is over at 4:30pm.

You are responsible for the removal of your poster and return of push pins to the check-in tables at the end of the reception.

- The Honors College will print your poster for free provided that all branding guidelines have been followed. You must submit a poster print request, using the appropriate form, by March 24th at 8am.
Poster Presentation Application
Applications to present a Poster are due on March 6th, 2024, at 11:59pm. This application requires approval by the student’s UNT faculty mentor.
Only your application is due, finished poster is not expected until the event.
