Abstract: 
The jeans category is unique in that it has many levels of consumer involvement depending on the need for style, durability, price, and status. Consumers in the jeans category value and engage with online reviews in the search process. Retailers also benefit from consumer’s online review engagement as it increases their search engine optimization. This study examines the influences of product involvement, satisfaction, and trust that lead to consumers posting online reviews after purchasing jeans.
