The submission deadline is June 29, 2023; a $500 award that will occur, following Scholars Day (April 2024), if you become a 2023-2024 Undergraduate Research Fellow and if you participate, as stipulated below.

The monetary award for the 2023-2024 academic year will be disbursed after Scholars Day 2024, and will be deposited directly to your student account. Bear in mind that, to receive your $500 tuition credit, you must conduct research throughout the fall of 2023 and the spring of 2024, and you may not graduate prior to May 2024. Because you must participate in spring-semester Scholars Day (2024)—with poster presentations, papers, or brief performing-arts productions—all distributions of funds (through student-account credits) will occur in the late spring semester of 2024. Students who currently hold a URF may reapply for another such award if they will not graduate prior to May of 2024 and if they have previously accrued no more than three such fellowships.
