Submit Scholar Information; Use Also to Submit Abstract

As a McNair Scholar, you have been registered to attend the 21th Annual Texas National McNair Research Conference. We need to have you (or your director) submit information on this form -- whether or not you are presenting at the conference. Please complete the information on this form (some fields are required to be completed indicated by an asterisk *) so we can include your name in the conference program.

If you are presenting at the conference, you need to use this form to submit an abstract about your presentation. All abstracts must be submitted not later than 11:59 PM on January 18, 2019.

Please do the following to prepare your abstract for inserting into the Abstract textbox below:

  • Draft and finalize your abstract in a word processing application.
  • Maximum number of words for the text of the abstract is 200
  • Once you have finalized your abstract, Save As a Plain Text file. This is to get rid of any word processing application hidden codes.
  • Reopen the Plain Text file, and copy and paste the abstract text into the Abstract textbox.

Contact me, William Moen, McNair Conference Assistant, if you have any questions.
