Graduation
Your Honors Medallion
You will be presented a special medallion to wear at the commencement ceremony. If you cannot attend the medallion ceremony on Friday, May 10, 2013, at noon, your medallion will be available in the main Honors College office in Sage Hall, Room 257 after the event.
Graduation Form
Please apply for graduation through the UNT Registrar. All Honors College students applying for graduation in May 2013 will receive an email directing them to this webpage when the Honors College survey is active.
The Medallion Ceremony, the Honors Graduation Event
You will be invited to a special event on Friday, May 10, at noon, to celebrate your graduation with an Honors College award. Each of you will be recognized individually and presented with your Honors medallion. It is very important to us that you make plans to attend this special event, and to share it with your friends and family.
Commencement Ceremony
The University of North Texas holds several Commencement ceremonies. As an Honors student, you will be recognized and asked to stand. Please attend your college’s graduation wearing your Honors medallion with your cap and gown. It is a wonderful moment to see all the Honors graduates standing throughout the hall, receiving applause from thousands of guests.
